It's a cool Saturday morning and good time as any to fire up the smoker!

Just put on a pork roast that I rubbed down last night:

Nice job, Flappy.

Sadly, my outdoor grille and smoker go into hibernation over the winter so no pig-candy for me all winter long :(

This doesn't really fall in the category of outdoor cooking but we're getting our wing fix while watching the Wildcats (Bear Down) and waiting for the pork.

The roast just hit the stall point and should be ready by supper time.

The high today was a bone-chilling 66!

The pork roast is at temp. I wrapped it with foil and am letting it rest. Dinner won't be long now.:pig:

I think my invite got lost in mail again, Flappy. Please post your address and I'm sure you'll find a long line of "friends" ready to help you finish those delicious bits of "health" food you have created ;)

What?!?!? Party foul! You don't even have winter there. What is winter? Under 90?

Ok, can't really blame it on the weather...just sheer laziness....
