Just wanted to post a quick note of thanks to everyone here at troublefreepool.com. We had our first issue ever today with our pool so I found this forum, signed up and within 5 minutes fixed the problem. I had spent several hours on the phone with technicians from the company that installed the pool, and nothing seemed to work. The first post I read on here fixed it. You guys (and gals) are awesome! Thanks again and Merry Christmas!

Thank you MarianParoo. It was just a vacuum lockup that I couldn't seem to get rid of. An old thread on here provided the solution - simply put the pump on "waste" for a couple minutes and viola!, all is well and momma's happy.
