Pool Vacuum - screw missing

Hello and forgive me if this is in the wrong forum. Please move it if need be..

Anyways, I have a Hayward 2025adc vacuum and I just noticed it wasn't moving when it was running. When I took out the vacuum I found a green piece inside. Further investigation found that it is part of this kit: Hayward Kit-turbine Brg Offset A-frame (axv621dat) - INYOPools.com
The screw in this setup (the small one on the bottom) is missing and I can't find it in the filter/trap so I may have thrown it out without knowing when I cleaned the trap.

Does anyone know what type of screw that is? I don't want to spend $80 on the kit when all i need is the screw.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I would take the picture to a couple of older independent pool stores that carry Hayward products. And do repairs. You never know what they have in the junk bin.
