Debating Upgrading Plaster

I looked at upgrading my plaster (wet edge) from the standard grey to Midnight. The PB wants 3500 which seems way way too much. My pool is 4600 square feet. I guess they have a prism technology plaster that is even more they want 5500.00.

Is this expensive upgrade worth it, my pool is priced at 78000 without deck?

Wow that seems a high price for a color upgrade. Ask the contractor for a change order and bid it out yourself. He may be more reasonable.

4600 is huge! Are you sure? Mine is ~500. I can't imagine 4600. No wonder the upgrade cost is so high.

Umm, Maybe he means 46,000 gallons, which still a huge pool.
