Recommend a cleaner

I am looking at a robot also vs the manual or creepy crawly vacuum attached to the skimmer. I would like one that plugs in and runs independent of the pool filtration system.

I have a 19,000 gallon in ground pool with a painted surface.

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced good one?

I'm still happy with my Dolphin Nautilus Plus. I got it for $688 delivered with an extra set of screens. I'll probably pick up the caddy for it once next season begins.

You will have to stick with a robot if you want to run it without the pool pump on.

What's is your max amount that you are willing to spend?

Usually with robots, the more you pay you get more cleaning power, more features, and they have longer warranties.

The newer robots have top loading cartridges that make it easier to work with.

I have the Dolphin as well. Bought it this summer for our first year with the house and pool and i absolutely LOVE IT! Best $500 ish I ever spent!!!

Where did you buy it? I am looking for next season and the best price I can fine is 688 like a previous poster noted.

I've only seen the Dolphin for $600-$700. Where did you find it for $500ish. I was looking to not spend more than that.
