paint advice for pool

Hello,,needing to paint the top metal rails around my pool,,is there a better type of paint to use besides KRYLON?

We tried to get a recommendation from the Pool Store long ago...to touch up some areas damaged by our winter cover...they said they would order some directly from the manufacturer, since our pool was only a year old. The order never came in, we gave up after months of pestering them. Didn't think about alternatives....So I'll be interested to hear what suggestions you receive!
