Pentair 3 way valve

Is there a way to turn the Common Port off on a Pentair 3 way Valve?

The way the valve is currently set up I can only do 1 of 3 things
1. Turn Port 1 Off
2. Turn Port 2 Off
3. Turn Port 1 & Port 2 On

Basically Im looking to turn Port 1 and Port 2 off at the same time

This is the valve.

I think if you pull those pins you can turn the handle and diverter all the way around.
