ANYTHING YOU RECOMMEND CHANGING?
 
Your equipment looks good. If you really wanted to you could get rid of the spa pump and just use the pool pump for the spa as well (unless the spa is not connected with the pool).

More specifics and a picture of the layout would be beneficial for additional advice.

I too am in Riverside
 
I like the pentair admirals because they have a circular weir as opposed to the doors that bang around on most others. Waterway also makes a quality skimmer.

Regardless of the brand, I'd run at least 2.5" pipe from each skimmer to the pad (separately) and do not tie the main drain to the skimmer, have the MD on its own run to the pad as well.

Are you using a pool company or are you building it yourself?
