Since im still very new to the pool world, I inspect all around my pool daily, and ive come across two spots where it looks like the top stabilizer rail has come off track. Can I take off top rail to fix? one is on the side of pool (oval) and one right above where skimmer is..Dont want to come hone to a disaster...
