Polaris 65 Trouble

This is the 2nd season for this Vacuum and we totally hate it. Ever since we have gotten the Polaris 65 it just has not worked right. There is water only coming out of 2 of the holes on the bottom. It usually will just stay to one side of the pool and go in circles. We just can't get it to work right, anyone have any suggestions before I pitch it? Dh will usually get into the pool and vacuum it himself. This vacuum is driving us nutty.
