New pool owner in NC here. Recently moved into a house in July and was using a pool company but decided to take over myself. It is a 40,000 gallon pool with a Jandy salt water system. So I have finally got the chemicals and filter system down but have tons of other questions to ask in the forums, most importantly how to operate my pool in winter (no cover) and also why there is almost no suction in my skimmers. I will post my questions in a different thread or 2 and would really appreciate any help. I an pretty ignorant on pools other than what i have read here and a few other sites and what I learned just messing around.
