Ultra Frame U-Supports collapsed

Hello all. I am in central Ohio. Two of my Ultra Frame U-supports collapsed.
I want to replace them if possible without draining my pool.
One person on here was able to jack his up with a floor jack and a 2 x 4. I would like to try that, if he could describe the process
without tearing the top of the liner.
