Jandy Actuator with Pentair Controller

I would assume that the actuators are generic but just want to be sure.

I am specing out a Pentair setup but the PB is using Jandy valves. Does it matter if we use a Pentair Actuator with Jandy valve or Jandy Actuator with Pentair EasyTouch.
