Should I use SWG or Non-SWG numbers

I have a SWG installed and salt in my pool. Because of some issues with my equipment I've been manually chlorinating the pool for the past few months. After a vacation I see some green on the bottom and need to do a SLAM treatment.

Should I be using SWG or Non-SWG numbers?

Use the Non-SWG portion of the chart since your system in not operating at this time.
