How much Acid?

Test results: -
FC 16
CC 0
TC 16
pH 7.2
T/A 210
CH 350
CYA 100 or more!

I have a 78000 liter pool, In ground, Tiled, Sand Filter,2kw Pump

I need to lower the CYA levels and have at last been able to buy Hydrochloric Acid as advised, how many liters should I use and how often?

The only practical way to lower CYA is to replace water. It would be best if you took care of that before thinking about the acid.

Your primary need for acid is going to be because of your very high TA level. You should read Lowering Total Alkalinity at Pool School for instructions.
