Pool deck edge decor

I just finished my ABG pool deck , deck is 2" higher then pool so I can pull the cover over it when it's not used for a for awhile. Now ---where the deck boards edge meets the pool --I'm looking for something to go over that "deck board cut edge. Like a bumper type or molding for decor and safety for the kiddos. Any ideas ??

How about taking a pool noodle and cutting it open lengthwise to use as a bumper? Cheap, colorful and easy to do.

I had same issue...I used azek molding....comes it's white..comes in up to 16 ft pieces...is weatherproof...and is flexible enough to bend with shape of the edge...I think it looks really sharp...Can buy at home depot...I'll try and take a picture and attach soon so you can see it

I like the Azek idea. However, if you are looking for something softer, so that people don't get scraped up by it. Look at marine supply places for dock edging, such as here

Dock Edge, Bumpers Rubrails by Taylor Made, Dock Edge et al.

I'm sure that's really nice stuff....but the azek definitely doesn't scrape...had it for two years...very smooth stuff
