On of my employees placed a ladder in a customers spa/ hot tub to reach up on a house because it was "in the way" and the customer claims that we scratched the pool.
There are little white lines that do appear to be scratches, although ive read that the grey plaster is really thick. So how would it leave white scratches? They are wanting $2,000 to refinish it! Please help!
