The light spot is to the left of the vacuum

Hi all -

I am am new to the forum so thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I seem to be having the same issue as in the pictures that jamie1983 posted. I can only remove the "stain" by scratching at it. Any thoughts on what it is and how to remove it?

I also have pebble tec.

Does a pool brush remove it?
