Ok, Talked my PB into changing my auto-chlorinator to a SWG at no charge. Question is, My pool will be approximately 18-19K gallons, and the SWG is capable to 25K gallons. Is this big enough for the trade off of auto chlorinator? I've seen some people say 2 or 3x bigger, and some say the 25K will be fine.

I would want bigger. Mine is a 40k cell. Should last longer to offset any added cost.

That is a pretty nice upgrade. The chlorinator is < $100 while a SWG system is > $700. The upgrade from a Hayward 25k to 40k is about $100 ... and worth it even if you have to pay it.
