intex swg cs7111 red service light

I just finished cleaning the cell...put new filter in and turned the unit on...pump works fine....when the chlorinator is supposed to kick in nothing happens....then the wholr unit goes off and the red service light comes on. Everything was fine. Not sure why it wont work now?

Sorry for the delayed response. I am not familiar with the service lights on the Intex SWG.

Have you verified that the salt level is in range?
How old is the SWG?

It's never recommended to have a combo, if it's in warranty I will call Intex, also if you can't have a free unit from Intex I recommend to look at this new unit

They sent me a new unit...now the new unit says my salt is too high....i have drained 1/2 the pool and still cant get rid of the code....it was fine with my old unit!
