Testing for Lead

so my daughter last year had tested high for Lead, we've been doing really good and her numbers have been dropping. We just took another retest and I was hoping we would be in the clear but I just got a call from the DR saying her levels have gone back up to where they were when we started.

Has anyone tested for Lead? im wondering if we have some in our water, we did use the hose water to fill the pool

You can get lead test kits, but unless she's drinking large quantities of pool water she's not likely getting the lead from the pool.
Are you on public or well water?
If it's public water, they should have a water report that tells you how much lead is in the water.

Public water has to adhere to the drinking water standard, so that's not where the lead is coming from.
Do you have lead solder in your plumbing? The public utility should check that for you.

im going to buy a lead kit today and test my water and soil and see if we have anything. not sure if there was a test for pool water

I am sorry your daughter is going through this. You have ruled out food sources such as tuna or other large fish?

She's on 2 and doesn't eat that...it's been almost a year since we have been testing her last test was 3 months ago and she was at a 7 and we just retested her and it's up to a 14... That's why I was thinking maybe the pool since its the newest thing she was exposed to since april
