I am getting back into the forum after a furlo and was having a lot of difficulty accessing the site from troublefreepool.com? I used 3 different computers and it just wouldn't load. Any idea why?

When I type in http://troublefreepool.com/ the browser redirects to http://www.troublefreepool.com/ automatically and everything works just fine.

My bookmark is set to http://www.troublefreepool.com and connects instantly. Sounds like there is a problem with the DNS server that whoozer's ISP uses. Check out www.opendns.com for a possible solution. I've been using their DNS servers for 3-4 years now without a problem.

I just typed "troublefreepool.com", without the http:// prefix and it came up fine. Perhaps HarryH3 is right that it's a problem with the OP's DNS server ... Gary
It certainly could be my isp. I have had difficulties on and off. But now I bookmarked it and it seems to come up so???????? Gotta love technology
Try clearing your browser catch and deleting cookies associated with the different TFP domains.
I've started having problems with this too. I didn't even know that my bookmark was just troublefreepool.com, but I can't get to it from my bookmark. Typing www.troublefreepool.com in the address bar works. :?
JohnT, we had a brief disruption in our DNS service this afternoon, right around when you posted. So it might have been that causing the problem you experienced, instead of whatever problem whoozer is having. Try it again now and see if it is any different.
