Will My pH Always Be High?

So, I have an above ground spa attached to my pool, and filter it everyday with water pulled from the pool which in turn spills over back into the pool. I know that in order to lower your TA you would add Muriatic to bring your pH down lower than normal, AND then aerate the pool to only bring the pH back up. So my question is, since I'm always aerating the pool with with my spillover, am I always going to be fighting a high pH? I've only had the pool for 7 months, and that seems to be the case. Any suggestions?

Yes, you will.

Eventually you will work the TA down enough that the pH will only need adjusting once a week or so. I throttled back the amount of water through the spa and also capped the air intake with the cap from a can of spray paint, which reduces the aeration.
