Pool Light - Unsure What I Need

Old light is too aged to read any info from. But, I have a transformer so I know I need a 12v light, and probably 50' of cord...

But what wattage light? How do I determine this? Or is it just a matter of preference regarding the intensity of the light?
I'm looking here at Pentair Amerlite. You can see toward the bottom of page there are different options for wattage.

How big is your pool and is this the only light?

16,000 gal I think, and yes only 1 light.

You are limited by your transformer. If you have a 100 watt transformer then you are limited to a 100 watt 12 volt bulb. If a 300 watt transformer then a 300 watt 12 volt bulb.

I suspect you have a 300 watt transformer with a single light for the pool but check the transformer.
