We purchased an older home with a pool that had leaks and hadn't been taken care of. Ugly crack repairs, bad staining, broken and missing tile, etc. We are just finishing the re-plaster job, including new tile and decking. It's been 20 years since we've had to take care of a pool. We have lots to learn (or re-learn.)
