Marble Dust/Marble Sheen Pool reno

All ,
I have a 100,000 litres pool. The colour and the surface of the marblesheet is dated and marblesheen has come off in a few places on the shallow end.


What are options in terms of resurfacing and the pros/cons for those.

I am all confused.
