De Filter Pressure

Good afternoon Folks

We have stayright de filter / When i first took over from pool maintenance company the preasure would rise pretty quick about 10 -12 psi from initial presure back washed be ok couple days then back up , Thankfully found you guys cleaned filter completly re arranged elements like the are supposed to go added de started up worked awesome flows great , the only thing is my presure has gone up very little only about 3 psi from the initial 10 this has been approx 4-5 weeks we do keep skimmers and all related items free from leaves and such
Should i look into any other issues or just be thankful

Just be thankful it's taken that long to get a 3 psi rise. You must be doing a good job with keeping the pool sanitized properly. A 3 psi rise from 10 would mean that it's risen 30% so I would backwash now as it's recommended to backwash when filter pressure rises by 25%. If it started at 12 psi, then you could wait until it hit about 15.
