I have a couple of Aqua/Lamp SK pool lamps in my pool and both bulbs appear to have burned out. It looks like those bulbs are basically the same as the 4" headlamps on my garden tractor. From the lamp housing, I see: 12 VAC, 15 A, 60 Watts max, Type PAR 36. The bulb has A51 moulded into back side of the glass. [I tried to upload photos but it looks like I've already exceeded my quota.]
The local pool store has quoted me about C$45 for the Aqualamp replacement kit (PN AL 14, includes o-ring). My o-rings seem to seal fine.
Has anyone bought automotive bulbs for AquaLamp replacements?
