Pool leak

My name is Maripily Braffa
We have a 20,000 gallon unground pool constructed by Anthony Sylvan.
We don't know how old this pool is but the house is from the 70's.
It is a concrete and plaster pool.
We have tried everything and we are at loss for answers.

How much is it leaking over what period of time. And does it leak with the system running as well as when it's off.
