I feel like it would work... if you spent the time training the frogs to go to that spot like in a flea circus.

That's kinda what I thought, though they seem to have absolutely NO trouble congregating in the skimmer....

Someone posted in a "tips post". That the frog log does really work. Or frogs end up in the skimmer too, but then so do mice, spiders, and bunnies [emoji17]

Yes, my froglogs worked great until the dog ate em! It was a guest dog, need to get some more. My two dogs didn't even look twice at them.

I think they would work because the frogs do tend to swim around the edge looking for a way out so.........

A guest dog from France? Like the Coneheads? :lol:
In my case those were squirrels. I saved one whom I saw, but 4 over the years died. Though after that it stopped. Maybe those were suicidal squirrels, and the rest are the happy ones.
uhm.....while I was writing that mybwife told me there was a small frog in the pool. Yes, it was. Small, green an dead. My pool has stepsfrom the shallow part out, frogs are good swimmers, why not use steps? RIP.
