14' round, 4' deep (60 yr old concrete silo foundation) sand bottom, vinyl liner, no drain, pump suction and outlet are pvc dropped over side. Metal ladder to concrete pad. What "bonding" do I need? Thank you in advance.

Welcome to TFP!!!Basically anything metal within 5 feet of the pool and all the equipment should be bonded together. Ideally the rebar in the concrete foundation would be connected as well.
Someone else may be able to provide further details.
