Intex sf20110 not pumping

My pool has been closed since October. Finally getting around to opening it now. When I turn the pump on it just buzzes loudly and does nothing else. I found no evidence of debris clogging openings. We just got the system a year ago and it has not been used much. I did not run it at all while the pool was closed. Anybody know what could be wrong with the pump?

When my pump buzzed, it needed a new capacitor. I got one at a local electrical supply (took the old one off and took it with me). Worked like a charm. You might see if that works, it was fairly cheap, about $10 bucks.
