Hello, we live in Brentwood, CA (Northern California) and throwing around the idea of an in ground gunite Pool. Neighbors are interested too, so may be good deal for builder lol.

Grandpa had Swann install one and 8 years later developed cracks!

Sorry you have not received a reply. I cannot help with your issue. Even on this VERY busy forum, there are sometimes questions that no one has a good answer for. Your's might be one of them.

If you were in Sacramento I colluded respond. But because the recession wiped out all the weak pool builders any pool builder in Northern California with decent volume that has been around for 10 years is probably ok.

Unfortunately the pool builder we used for our pool 12 years ago in San Rafael is no longer in business (I think he retired).
