1 out of 5 return jets not wirking

Hello,
I live in update NY and just got my pool going for the first time this season. Everything seems to be working fine with the exception of 1 return jet that the furthest from the pump and filter. I’ve plugged all my other jets and that’s jet works fine but then when I remove the plugs that jet looses pressure. My filter is at 30 psi and has been since I turned it on. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Mike

Welcome to TFP Mike.

This a new pool to you or a new problem?

You have any valves on the return line to even out the flow between returns?

Post pics of your equipment pad.

Trying to attach pictures. There are valves on the return lines.
I just screwed in the eyeballs today, however either way with it without the eyeballs the jet should be working.
You said the jet did work with the other ones plugged. That tells me there are too many openings for the amount of water available, so the last guy gets none. If installing the jets didn't fix it, then the problem is not enough supply. That means a clogged filter or clogged inlet plumbing or a clogged impeller.

What pressure did it run last season? Was it less than the 30 psi you're reporting?

And does the gauge drop to zero when you shut the pump off?

I’m not sure what the pressure was last year. The gauge did not drop to zero. It was at 10 when I turned the pump off.
