    Thanks. I’m an idiot. I didn’t know that the inlet could be used. I didn’t even know there was an inlet under the skinner. Four years and never needed to use it and been caring for my pool myself. Guess I got lucky.

    ok. You're right. Time to add a breaker! That is indeed the cleanest route. Not sure if I'll do a GFCI outlet or GFCI breaker. But definitely adding a breaker
