I think that's the 1600gph model, which is a little small for 7600 gallons, although it might work if the run time is long enough. I'm running a 1200gph model on a 3800 gallon pool and I run it for 7 hours a day. I think it's small for this pool but has surprised me that it's working fine...

I wouldn't call customer support, talk to technical support. It appears there's a live chat to tech support that's not the same as the customer support on their Support page.

Maybe contact support. They can likely access logs on their end. First thing I thought of is an IP change for your router. Which happens periodically on all ISPs, but under normal circumstances it shouldn't have knocked you entirely off the network and also logged you out in the app.

Do you have access to the error logs? Is it only via an app on your phone or do you have a program running on your computer too?

I'd call the installer back out to move that pump. Blocking a valve from being able to be used/turned is stupid. That's like installing a (something) in the way of a door so that it can't be opened. Duh!

Technically, cavitation is air caught in your pump at the impeller. Air typically doesn't enter at the pump though. Air does however get caught in the pump, causing cavitation. It's noisy, thumpy. Before or after your pump, the air isn't exactly cavitation. Are you hearing cavitation...

The Intex filters have a minimum and maximum level shown on the standpipe.

Attach a sock to your return to see if it's catching sand from your filter.
