I should note the only bypass is the one in that first picture I posted. So nothing between filter, heater or salt chlorinator

Maybe this will help. Yellow= filter to heater Blue = heater to salt chlorinator Red = salt chlorinator to returns (this is the line that has that random valve I highlighted above.
