Was just a little O-ring that cracked ... about 1 inch in diameter. Approximately 2.5 hours In total, but that included diagnosing, and installing the new gasket and replacing an actuator (separate cost for part and install of that).

It cracked. Unknown why. The issue is, we had freezing temperatures. System remained on in freeze mode, until which time it was fully drained. No damage to any other pool equipment gaskets, etc.

I have a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer. But are you saying the labor charges would be covered?
