Replaced the main board. Thanks to @ogdento for his help on the board. Also replaced non working wired remote and damaged panel to remote wiring. Everything has been working flawlessly for two weeks now.

Traveling all summer and won’t return until end of August. Ordered and received a S.R. Smith Sealed Steel handrail before my departure. Arrived all nicked up due to the unattached escutcheons rattling around inside the box. Very nice handrail. Will order another one upon my return.

Okay, now I think I am understanding the comments about the red black yellow and green wires. I posted a picture showing all four wires connected to the SWCG board and another picture showing the Intelliflo green and yellow wires attached to com 1 on the main board. I will post again below.
