Just remember, a pool builder has most of his money after gunite. There isn't as much incentive to move quickly. It's more important to get the next pool to gunite stage.

It pretty normal, around here, for the cleanup guy at gunite time ,to scoop up the leftover gunite and make a pad out of it.

In this case it certainly is. I bought a new IC40 today. Installed it. Same problem. The Easytouch says the salt reading is 1750 and my strips tested the salinity to 4800

I believe it was Rocha's Plaster No troubles so far. The equipment they used was clean and fairly new. They left no mess and were priced right.
