Do I start try to balance while it’s still cloudy or keep slamming until clear. It seems chlorine is steady but haven’t checked everything else due to high chlorine

Doing Slam process and this is where I’m at. I was scrubbing daily and dropped the brush in the bottom of the pool!!!! I’m planning to get in and do a good scrubbing today. I tested this am and FC was in slam level. Do I just keep fighting the good fight? This is where we got it to previously...

Can I get my pool clear with 3yr old sand? I have a green pool. My ex has it green and I’m watching it for the week and want to have it clear for when she gets back. I will begin slamming tonight

How is it blindly following? We put in the number it tells us what to add. What am I supposed to do say oh it needs more of this or that compared to what the app says

Yeah we slammed for a few days! My wife used her phone to log not sure y they don’t communicate with each other. Will start slamming now. We keep the FC at the recommended range and check daily and add daily which like you said is 7-9

Ok thanks we did the slam. Then why does pool math keep us at 7 for FC not 9? That’s why it’s low we do what pool math says. Is there really a point to start the slam with rain in the forecast?

Hey I posted recently about my steps with sand getting in the pool. I thought it was sand from the steps but they have been removed. It gets cloudy when I brush or vacuum. It has been raining a bit here recently! We test and run the pump daily! How can I keep this from happening?

I’ve been doing this for a week. It’s very simple. I test daily and ad minimal chems. I have added something minimal daily though. Is that the norm? Do we work a little to prevent working hard? It’s been bleach or soda was and once was mutation acid. Nothing major is this what to expect?
