Is that the piece that I took off with the screws? If so, that piece looks fine. Or is this a case where I have to look into the SWG? I did call Jandy and I'm under warranty so the pool builder is going to come out if I can't figure this out. I'd much rather learn about this stuff, so I do...

I had a salt test strip which I'm sure isn't accurate, but it was reading closer to 5500 ppm. I need to order the proper test kits. Until then, I'll take another sample to the local store tomorrow.

Thanks! I’m using the reading from the unit for salinity which was very close to my last water sample yesterday. I’ll remove some water from the pool thanks so much!

I removed the cord and cleaned the pins in the cord this AM. There was no corrosion, I cleaned them anyway. The pins on the SWG look fine as well. I did not unscrew the pins from the SWG though.

Thank you very much for the info... I moved the cord around and tried to push it back into the plug and now I'm getting the 125/194 error again. I checked the voltage at the plug where it meet the SWG and the voltage was 36v. I cleaned the cell this AM so I'm pretty sure the 125/194 is not...

I started receiving a 125/194 Error Code from my chlorine generator last week. I spent a bit of time researching and learned how to clean it. There was a bit of buildup inside so I first tried to clean it with a hose. This didn't work so I used a water muriatic acid combo which did the trick...

I have been running the Dolphin non-stop, it's always saturated. My pool guy came out and did a manual backwash of the filter yesterday and cleared out quite a bit of mud. He put some other chemicals in which I didn't realize so I'm going to do another test on Sat AM. Could explain the crazy...

No water. The pool is cut into a hill so drainage on the other side of the pool goes right into a swale. The reason for the slope is because there is a fence at the top of the rocks. I’ll post more pics later.

Agreed... it was a complicated dig... When digging they encountered a 2ft concrete reinforced pipe and had to remove about 16 ft of it. That in addition to the location of an abandoned well force the pool to be moved. I am going to have a drainage trench run on that side of the pool to empty...

I received my test kit and here are the results. Since using the cellular fiber, the water is much cleaner and I can now see the bottom of the pool in the deep end. Ph = 7.3 TA = 130 FC = 13.2 CH = 300 CYA = 100

This was a pic from last Monday. The others are from this morning. I think I need to stay the course until I get the test kit. I did have the water tested on Friday and it was good but the PH was a little high. Added PH reducer but haven’t retested since.
