It wasn't meant to be breaking news. It rattles when I am carrying it and I have never had a Dolphin that rattled. If that is normal, fine.

The flapper is there and the it drains fine when I pull it out of the pool. I found some old Dolphin reviews for the S200, Cayman, and S 50 on Gazette Review - Breaking News, Editorials, and Product Reviews and they say that if there is a rattle it is a factory fault.

I have a small 10,000gl pool and it is always cloudy after a pool party. I make sure the chlorine is in the proper range after the party, put the pool cleaner in the pool and I run the pump longer than usual. The cloudiness is always gone by the next morning.

I haven't found one that lasts more than a couple years. I stay away from the 8mil covers even though they are cheaper. I bought one once since none of them seem to last very long and it started falling apart after one year.

I have a VS pump and my SWG works fine when I run it at 1100rpm which is a pretty low speed.
