    we have a 3 year old saltwater fiberglass pool that has developed some type of shadow/scale????

    we have done the muriatic acid test and used wet/dry sandpaper (1000 gr) as instructed by out pool manufacturer and when sanded the color is under the shadow/scale substance! we are getting ready to have ecofinish (polyfibro) done to pool! Has anyone on this site familiar with this process?
