After almost 4 years I don’t have any cracks...

We haven’t paid the last 12% so I’m hoping we can agree with the PB to a remedy before we pay. I also will have a pool inspection before I pay from a guy out of the area. I made a big mistake going with this PB

After almost 4 years I don’t have any cracks...

Yes! It looks terrible! Not level, huge amounts of mortar because they don’t think they wanted to cut the rock, and now it’s cracking and breaking and we haven’t even used the spa. Just really poor workmanship

After almost 4 years I don’t have any cracks...

I don’t know the psi of the deck. We built a garage at the same time and that was 3000psi. But i will ask about the psi. I was planning on going to the concrete company to get the receipts for the mix, apparently they have to keep them to record ratio for f water to mix? No rebar used just...

After almost 4 years I don’t have any cracks...

Def going to talk to them but they are being very difficult. I expected the pool build to start in May, it started in late June and we still aren’t done. Weather has been very little of a favor, we’ve had a drought so can’t blame the weather. Anyhow, if you have any advice on what to say would...

After almost 4 years I don’t have any cracks...

In my driveway, sidewalk or garage. We built our home almost four years ago, and the concrete has held up well. There are a few lines in the expansion joints but nothing that wouldn’t be expected. Our PB had the deck poured to our new pool a little over a month ago. There are lots of...

Please Help! Is this normal for a new liner install?

Thank you so much! They did fill the cracks and so far as wrinkles they have worked out for the most part. They are working on the tanning ledge now. I really appreciate everyone’s time and feedback. This has been a very stressful process. Posting pics of the progress.

Please Help! Is this normal for a new liner install?

So I threw a fit and they are coming back to seal the cracks. I guess peel back the liner, fix then redo. There was a ‘’miscommunication” about them addressing the cracks before installing the liner. Got better shots of the wrinkles this am. Any feed back from anybody if this is normal?

Please Help! Is this normal for a new liner install?

They had units going while filling. They keep telling me the water will work out the wrinkles. Is there any technical jargon I can respond with?

Please Help! Is this normal for a new liner install?

I should also share the cracks I wanted fixed. I don’t think they addresses them at all. How much of a problem will this be going forward?

Please Help! Is this normal for a new liner install?

My pool company installed the liner today and went straight away to fill it up. Is that normal? The liner has wrinkles, is that normal? The floor had cracks I asked to have fixed but they threw the liner in over them and you can feel and see the ridges under the liner. Is this normal...

Welcome any advice, building a new pool

Hello, I’m so glad I found this forum. We are building a new pool. It will be in-ground with vinyl liner. We like it long enough to exercise in, have a shallow area for kids, volleyball, basketball hoop, a tanning ledge. I added a spa recently after A LOT of contemplation. What advice would...
