I am so glad the pool company free service has ended. I was always afraid he would mess something up. I feel good about my chemistry as he only ever added some salt and acid each time. I will eventually get a larger filter, but not in the cards at the moment.

My JXI is 6 months old and just this weekend it won't heat the pool. I get a check flow error message even when on 3,000 rpm. What is odd is that the spa still heats and works just fine. Any idea what could be going on? Moved from here.

I just tried again and it lets me go to 104! I swear it only let me go to 102 before. Regardless, it’s working!

Based on my research, I should be able to set the spa temp to 104. The app won’t allow me to go past 102. Any idea?

It's a Jandy VS Flo Pro. My main pump is actually Jandy VS PlusHP (I will update my sig). I am not sure about the wiring, I will get a picture. I just know the spa pump is assigned to AUX 3 and in the VSP speed setup it is ePump 2.

Thanks for posting that. I will post a picture of the wiring when I get home (we have company over so I will try). We have a separate VSP for our spa and that is currently wired to AUX 3. Is this something that is easy for me to change over? I am fairly handy and always try to do things myself.

Is it normal to have them put an actuator on the sun shelf bubbler and dedicated vac line? I don’t want to walk to the pool equipment to adjust these.

We just have a bubbler on the sun shelf and a dedicated vac line. No other water features.

I am just as confused as you guys (plus it’s my first pool). I was never expecting a second pump and it’s only hooked up as one pipe in and one pipe out directly to the pool (meaning it’s not connected to the filter/heater/SWG). I guess we will get the answer tomorrow.

When the main pump was on and the spa was overflowing into the pool, only the right return below the seats was active. The return on the left wasn’t doing anything.

There are 2 below the seats (1 is a light). I know one of them (right one to be exact) is pipped to Spa Return, the other didn’t function before. I assumed it was the vac line, but now I have no clue.
