How to equate 10% liquid chlorine to pounds of chlorine?

I know the 940s produce 1.4 lbs of chlorine per day and I know how much liquid 10% chlorine required per day. If I knew how to correlate the 10% liquid to pounds of chlorine I...

Suggestions to avoid robot from wrapping itself around the handrail base.

Here are pics of each handrail. The pool is 40' X 73' and I think a little over 4' deep 63500 gallons. This is a commercial pool so any suggestions for devices to attach to the handrail must be indestructible and must not be able to be reduced in size where any part of it could fit in a skimmer!

Suggestions to avoid robot from wrapping itself around the handrail base.

Thanks Kim, I would like to hear your other ideas. I haven't bought a unit yet and am hoping to get some confidence that whatever I buy will actually work prior to spending in excess of $1000. Maybe some robots are better at handling my situation?

One big reason I’m asking about automation is a requirement that the chems be checked four times per day but only one of those needs to be by a human. Adding chlorine and acid is not that big of a deal especially using the...

    Suggestions for changing to SWG?

I find myself managing a pool in a resort community that gets used pretty heavily during the summer. We are currently using chlorine tablets but are considering changing to SWG. First off is this a good idea? Will a SWG be able to keep up on days with a high bather load? How often is it...
