    Just a small observation, it would also nice to have a larger full size fridge for additional beverages and keeping meats cool like hamburgers and hot dogs. I have a small under counter fridge which stays full all the time and I am already wishing I had a larger one. :cheers:

    Tampatommy what is going on with that downspout I see. You may want to address that with the contractor. We have couple like that but I asked for an interior deck drain which carries the water under our patio in a separate 4 inch hose :cheers: Other than that I am jealous of your decking :cool:

    We also considered propane but we got a heat pump and solar instead. We don't have a spa however I rigged up a divider in our pool back in the earlier days and was able to heat just the shallow end which worked great with the heat pump.
