Yes!! The TF-100 is amazing! Best kit out there, IMO! Order it at www.TFTestkits.net Oh and definitely invest in the SpeedStir which is also on there. It made testing my water soooo much easier and faster!

Is that considered a good price? I’ve only had my current pump that came with my 16” sand filter. It’s an Intex 3000 GPH pump with .75 HP. Definitely want something stronger for the new pool!

Welcome!! I second what @mknauss said about getting a proper testing kit. Your fill water may have a high alkalinity like mine (my fill water’s TA is over 300!!!!!😳) The strips are likely inaccurate. Have you been adding more fill water than usual?

Not sure how good he is with stairs yet — we will have to work on it. I really hope he will love swimming in the pool because he has so much energy lol! Goldens are known for loving water/swimming so I’m optimistic. Ideally, I want to expand our deck to the pool but that likely won’t be done...

I’m thinking about buying those exact steps. Do you think they are big/sturdy enough for my 6 month old Golden Retriever to climb and get in the pool? LOL!!

Equipment as in specific parts for the pumps that people may need to replace? Or pumps and filters in general as a whole? I’m hoping the latter isn’t the case. 😩

Are folks who had single-speed pumps prior to the effective date grandfathered in? I just don’t see how they can control this lol. And I see single speed pumps still being sold everywhere. Interesting.
