I did that as well! The original Pentair unit died (apparently no great surprise) and HUGE improvement and easy to do.

I too will most likely be ordering from Florida Sunseeker as our Pentair Intellibrite light finally died Saturday night as we were in the pool.... Glad to see a US company making a MUCH better retrofit for a very problematic, not well designed OEM product.

ours was down to 82 last night just before the bulk of the remains of Hurricane Rosa came thru and dumped over 2" of rain today and overcast weather... the pool is MUCH higher now and I'll check the pool temp shortly. Last night was brisk, the end of swimming season is coming quickly here.

I did an install this year adding some morning/early mid-day shade to the pool and it's using the house and palm trees with rubber bungy cords for the really strong monsoon winds we get. I will be taking them down in Oct. until next year.

i can into the upper 70's here, but that starts to really make me reconsider any further swims until spring. Maybe this year I'll do a New Years dip. I get it we're in AZ so our "cold" isn't the same as others.

Yeah that mustard base is key, i smear, place in fridge and let mine go overnight and then the following day apply the dry rub and off to the smoker after some time to allow the dry and mustard to become friends.

Yeah our Salt Cell just doesn't keep up in the heat, plus we(the wife more so) like the "Classic pool chlorine scent" ... :)
